BEGINNER CLASSES

Our beginner class teaches young swimmers the fundamentals of safe, independent swimming. Children learn to put their faces in the water, practice breath control, and swim to the side of the pool. Most swimmers are able to swim 5–10 feet independently by the end of the week. Lessons focus on building confidence and essential safety skills in a supportive environment.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Our intermediate class is for swimmers who can already swim the long length of the pool multiple times without stopping, touching the bottom, or grabbing the wall. Katie focuses on improving technique, building endurance, and introducing more advanced skills and stroke development. If you’re unsure whether your child meets this requirement, we recommend starting with the beginner class to build confidence and strong fundamentals.

SINGLE ADD ON CLASS

Our Single Add-On Class is a one-day group lesson designed to help swimmers refine specific skills or build extra confidence in the water. This session offers focused instruction and additional practice beyond the weeklong course.
Participants must have completed a full week of lessons before registering.
